Marilyn Stephanie Namukasa

Marilyn Stephanie Namukasa is our newest Associate, Program Safety. She is joining our esteemed HQ Programs team. Reporting directly to the Director, Program Safety, Marilyn brings over 8 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation.

Marilyn is from Uganda and is based in Kampala, Marilyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management, alongside a post-graduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. Her dedication to leveraging data-driven approaches to achieve impactful outcomes underscores her commitment to our mission.

She is passionate about helping others, community development and sustainability, Marilyn is involved in initiatives aimed at empowering and uplifting communities. Beyond her professional endeavours, she is a traveller, a culinary enthusiast, and an appreciator of diverse cultures. She finds solace in nature, enjoys reading, and cherishes quality time with her loved ones.

With her expertise and dedication, Marilyn will play a pivotal role in Smile Train's global programs.
